I Know Because I’ve Been There

I experienced firsthand the challenges you’re facing. When I led a team, I felt the difficulty of balancing strategic priorities while supporting a team through change.

During those times, I often felt uncertain about how to best support my team. I wrestled with when to provide firm direction versus when to step back. I worked relentlessly on the urgent, while rarely finding time for strategic thinking or my own leadership development.

The constant pull between operational demands and strategic vision left me questioning my effectiveness. I knew I needed a different approach. That’s when I realized I needed to get back to who I was a person. I had become more my role than I was myself. And being just my role did not serve my team or my values. I needed to reconnect with who I was as a unique individual and leader.
